Peril in the Park

Peril in the Park took place on Saturday April 9th at The Garden Café, St Ann’s Well Gardens, Hove.

This was Write Me A Murder’s first live production of 2011 and it went incredibly well. 26 guests enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal provided by Natalie, Juliet and her team at The Garden Café, while attempting to work out who had committed the dastardly murder of poor old Albert Smith.

Clues and red herrings were revealed by the cast – Emma and Cathy as officers Sergeant Philippa Major and Inspector Samantha Closely, ably assisted by Dade Freeman of Krysalis Photography as Ed Lines, journalist, and Sydel Hodson as event hostess, Greeta Client.

The guests were enthusiastic, engaged and some even came along in full 1980s fancy dress!
At the end of the evening, the limerick competition was won by Ivor Lott, and three of the guests even managed to work out whodunnit!

All in all, a great success!
